Every listing shows the monthly rent, the refundable security deposit, any maintenance the owner charges, and the service fee — all before payment. A room is held the moment checkout starts and locked once payment succeeds, so the same room is never sold twice.
Cancel within 3 days of booking and before your move-in date and the booking amount is refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 working days; the service fee is not refundable. Refund progress is tracked live from My Bookings.
